A $150.00 non-refundable deposit is required

in order to and confirm every appointment.

This deposit will be deducted from the total

cost of your service.

Rescheduling:

Require a 72 hour notice on appointment

attendance. Appointments can only be moved

twice.

Guest policy:

Only the artist and guest being tattooed Nate

allowed in the treatment room.

Expectations:

Cosmetic tattooing does not fully replace

wearing makeup. Healed results may vary with

every client and makeup may still be needed.
